I know some people use it for their hair. I mainly bought it because it was recommended for people with Eczema, which is what my son has. I did the research on the benefits if Sweet Almond oil and the prices. Amazon had the best available prices per ounce and more variety of brands than the other companies. So I chose this company because of their reputation.
The Sweet Almond oil is extremely light to the touch. It doesn't have a smell to it, so you don't smell the nuttiness of the almond. I actually combined 2 Tbs of the oil with 3oz of pure unrefined shea butter, as my son's moisturizer. It goes on smooth, it's light yet it moisturizes for at least 8 hrs! I used it as an after shower oil, it's great alone as well. I LOVE IT! Purchase this product ASAP!

         "I am a proud owner of celiacs disease and my body has never agreed with whey protein powders. If they wouldn't make me sick they would at least give me a boatload of gas and indigestion.
